Sarah is an Associate Partner at Ciesco and whilst her current focus is as Consultant Marketing Director for Cluttons, Sarah’s expertise in driving business growth through effective use of insight technology and creativity is available to Ciesco clients.
Specifically Sarah brings experience of the different needs of both B2C, B2B and B2B2C! In the B2C arena she has expertise in driving customer loyalty through Brand and Customer engagement. She has developed a detailed understanding of many industry sectors including Automotive, Technology, Telecoms, Retail, Leisure, Gaming and Professional Services, working with exceptional brands.
Prior experience includes Customer Director at Value Retail, the world leader in luxury outlet retailing, where she was responsible for Customer Insights, CRM and Customer Experience. Sarah was Managing Director at marketing consultancy emnoss where she delivered high end consultancy projects for clients as diverse as Co-op/Waitrose/BP/Camelot.
Sarah has also worked in both client side and agency roles including a 14-year spell in Wunderman UK in a variety of roles which culminated in her operating for nearly four years as their COO.
